About the role

Northmill Bank is now looking for an Underwriting Specialist to join our B2B Credit & Onboarding team. In this role, you will handle inquiries from our corporate customers regarding products such as loans, card redemption agreements, invoice payments, Swish, as well as transaction and savings account inquiries. The work includes onboarding, risk and security assessments, and setting up new products for B2B customers.

We are looking for someone who is analytical, has good social skills, enjoys customer contact via phone and video meetings. At times, the influx of inquiries is high, which requires a good ability to structure and prioritize your daily work.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Assessing inquiries about corporate credit and inquiries about card redemption/invoice services and other products on the B2B side from a risk perspective.

• Daily customer contact via video meetings/phone and email.

• Gathering additional information when required and administering these.

• Performing screening on all inquiries.

• Providing feedback to customers after processing applications and administering the setup of new products upon approval.

• Following up and ensuring that the customer meets the requirements set during onboarding.

• Assisting with various individual customer cases.

Your background

As an Underwriting Specialist, you are knowledgeable about and assist with all our B2B products. The work involves some collaboration and dialogue with various stakeholders in the bank.

You have a strong analytical ability, high stress tolerance, and a business-oriented mindset. You work in a structured manner and have the ability to plan your daily work purposefully. We also believe that you are a good communicator and can easily convey your message.

• At least a few years of experience in credit risk assessment of corporate clients.

• Work experience as a Credit Officer/Credit Risk Analyst for companies from a bank is highly meritorious.

• Relevant education in economics or law or equivalent experience.

• Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
